Both a hit and a miss
The staff were incredibly helpful! They even offered to hold my luggage for free after checkout. The free coffee all day was a delightful surprise.
The room size was quite small, making it a bit cramped, and I found the noise from neighboring rooms to be distracting at times.

Room sizes are unexpectedly cramped!!! Shower stalls are uncomfortably small!!! Inconsistent maintenance standards have not been addressed!!! The lack of on-site dining options is really limiting!!!

The Italian continental breakfast was a highlight, including delicious red orange juice and a decent selection of meats and cheeses. I appreciated the complimentary personal care items and the fact that the Wi-Fi worked well throughout the hotel, allowing for uninterrupted browsing.
Unfortunately, the rooms were quite small and lacked adequate soundproofing, letting in noise that disrupted sleep. The shower stalls were on the cramped side, making for uncomfortable bathing experiences. Plus, the furnishings felt dated and there were signs of inadequate maintenance, such as a broken toilet seat and dusty corners. Lastly, the hotel was a bit of a trek from major attractions, although the metro was nearby, which didn’t fully compensate for the distance I had to cover.

The complimentary snacks in the room provided a nice welcome touch. The terrace on the rooftop was a pleasant place to relax after a day of sightseeing. the rooms felt quite cramped for the price, and the shower was particularly small, making it a challenge for anyone with larger frames. The cleaning standards could have been improved. it was evident that dust had gathered under the bed. Although the location was a bit distant from the center, public transport was easily accessible.

I recently stayed at a hotel that offered a surprisingly good breakfast that we really enjoyed, but we were initially given a tiny room that felt cramped compared to what we expected from the photos. after discussing it with the staff, we were moved to a spacious room, making our stay much better. I would definitely return for the breakfast!
